La-Z-Boy South Texas Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our goal! We understand that there are many issues that must be considered when purchasing furniture and want you to feel comfortable with your decision.What is La-Z-Boy’s Cancellation Policy?
Subject to Store Manager approval, we may allow returns and exchanges without a restocking fee within 48 hours after receipt of non-custom order/special order merchandise.
Custom/Special Order, “as-is”, or “all sales final”, or “closeout” merchandise is not refundable or exchangeable.
Can I exchange my La-Z-Boy Purchase?
- A Delivery Charge will be assessed for all merchandise exchanges if our delivery personnel must pick-up merchandise from the customer's home.
- If the customer paid for Delivery at the time of purchase their exchange fee will be waived.
- Merchandise may be accepted for return or exchange Tuesday through Saturday, 12pm to 5pm at our designated return/exchange location.
What is La-Z-Boys Return Policy?
There are no refunds or exchanges beyond 48 hours of receipt of goods.
- Refunds will be made by check or credit card, depending on the manner in which the item was originally paid for.
- Check can take up to fifteen days to process.
- Credit cards will be refunded Monday-Friday within 48 hours of Store Manager’s approval.
- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and are eligible for an in-store credit only. Unused in-store credits expire after one year.
- Should you elect to take a refund instead of an exchange, Delivery and Fabric Protection charges will not be refunded.
- A Delivery Charge will be assessed for all merchandise exchanges if our delivery personnel must pick-up merchandise from the customer's home.
However, if a customer ordinally paid a Delivery Charge for delivery without our standard delivery area a Delivery charge for one merchandise exchange will be waived.
All such transactions are contingent upon approval by the Store manager and the merchandise must be in perfect condition and odor free. The management of La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries reserves the right to exercise discretion when reviewing requests for returns and exchanges under conditions which are not addressed above. In such cases, the terms of any such transaction will be determined at the sole discretion of management.
Can I Pick Up my La-Z-Boy Order?
Yes, Pick Up Locations and Times do vary based upon the Purchasing Store.
Merchandise that is not picked-up or delivered within thirty days of deliverability will be subject to a storage fee of 5% per month.
Return/Exchange Conditions Checklist
Customers must make every effort to protect the furniture until it has been received back by an authorized La-Z-Boy representative. All items must be received in “New” Condition. There are no exceptions to this policy.
In the event that the furniture does not meet the requirements for the inspection, and in the conscience that it was originally delivered, the Exchange or Refund will be canceled.
