How do I get my La-Z-Boy Furniture?
At La-Z-Boy South Texas, we take pride in providing top-notch Delivery Services throughout the South Texas Region.

La-Z-Boy Delivery
Our delivery team will unpack, inspect & set up your delivered furniture, including power chairs and sofas. The team will make sure the furniture is operational and guide you through the process to your satisfaction.
How to Schedule your Delivery
At the point of sale or when you receive a notice saying your product has arrived you can:
- Schedule your Delivery with your Design Consultant
- Or you can call the Warehouse
La-Z-Boy delivers Tuesday through Saturday.
You’ll receive a call 48 hrs before the scheduled delivery, where we’ll confirm the delivery address and contact number. Then you’ll receive a call 24 hours before your delivery date with a 2-hour time window. If the time isn’t suitable, please advise our delivery department of an alternate date/time that would work for you.
How to Prepare for your Delivery
- Make sure you’ve measured your space and are confident the furniture will fit.
- Please ensure the room is ready, and all entrances are clear of delicate/breakable items.
- Make sure sidewalks, paths and driveways are clear of snow & ice.
- Keep your pets in a secure location.
- Please move any tripping hazards or other obstacles out of the path of the delivery team.
- If you live in an apartment building, please schedule your elevator access for the time of delivery.
- If you have items to be disposed of, please let our team know prior to arrival.
What to Do After Your Delivery
Once the delivery is complete, you will receive an evaluation card by email or by text.

Pick Up Procedure
The product can be picked up at your designated purchase area Warehouse unless otherwise organized by your design consultant.
All pick-ups require an appointment and must be arranged a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
Pick Up appointments allow for proper uncrating, prepping and inspection of the furniture.
Our warehouse staff will help load items into the vehicle.
The buyer is responsible for securing items into their vehicle.
*Any damage that occurs after the item is loaded into the vehicle is the responsibility of the client.

Does La-Z-Boy offer delivery?
You bet! Although, we do not confirm a delivery time when you are making your purchase, we do call the evening before your delivery and provide our anticipated delivery time. If, for some reason, we cannot meet our commitment, we call within the scheduled time frame.
Can I schedule my delivery/pick up online?
Not at this time. Currently, all Deliveries and Pick Ups must be scheduled with your personal Design Consultant or through the Warehouse directly.
Will the La-Z-Boy delivery team move my old furniture?
Yes. All property movement is made under your direction and/or supervision; therefore we will not be responsible for damages of any kind to any person, personal property or real property that may result directly or indirectly from this activity.
When can I pick up my order from La-Z-Boy?
Pick-ups from our designated pickup location can be scheduled 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM Tuesday through Saturday. Pick-ups must be scheduled 48 hours in advance.
Please call at least two hours before pick-up.
Do I have to pay for my order prior to delivery?
All merchandise must be completely paid for before delivery is made. For your protection, we ask that you come into our store in advance of delivery to make payment. We cannot make COD deliveries.
How long will it take for my Custom Order to be ready for pick up or delivery?
While custom/special orders normally arrive within five to eight months of your purchase, some can take longer.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates. Because La-Z-Boy does not manufacture the fabrics used on their upholstery they cannot always ensure that the fabric required is available.
Additionally, custom/special order merchandise is manufactured in several different plants throughout the country. Depending on the plant involved, shipping the goods can take two weeks or more.
Finally, for your protection, we will not deliver goods which have been damaged in transit. For these reasons, we cannot guarantee delivery dates on custom/special order, but will keep contact with you if there is a delay.
