Extended Service Programs

Your satisfaction is our goal! We understand that there are many issues that must be considered when purchasing furniture and want you to feel comfortable with your decision. 

3 Year Extended Service Program

Cost: 10% of total purchase

Your furniture is covered by the La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries of South Texas 3-year Extended Service Program and will be marked on your invoice.

This repair service is for our customers in the San Antonio, New Braunfels, Corpus Christi, McAllen immediate trade areas only. 
checkmark icon

You will be entitled to a store credit equal to the price of the service program if you do not use the program within the 3-year term. 

Features of the Extended Service Program

  • Free Labor on any service
  • Free service trips to the home
  • Free delivery to and from the service center
  • A gift certificate will be issued equal to the original purchase price of the program at the end of the three years if no inspections or service has been required during that time
  • Once issued, the first certificate will be valid for 90 days and may be used against any in-store purchase of new merchandise
  • Available on any upholstered and case good furniture except items tagged “AS IS”
  • All Regular manufacturer warranties apply.
